VERITE CONCERNANT LE SABBAT
1. Sabbat signifie «repos», et non pas septième. Outre le Sabbat hebdomadaire, Israël devait observer plusieurs autres Sabbats (Le 23 :21-32, 39). Adam, Noé, Abraham et les autres croyants originaux n’observaient pas le Sabbat de la chair (De 5:3, 15). Dieu réclamait l’observation du Sabbat à partir de Moise (Ex 16 : 25-30 ; Jn 1 :17). Puisque tous les enfants d’Israël étaient dans le même lieu, ils pouvaient tous entrer et sortir du Sabbat au même instant. La Loi peut vous rendre moral, mais non Chrétien.
2. Les prêtres violaient le Sabbat sans se rendre coupables car Dieu les ordonna de sacrifier deux agneaux chaque Sabbat (No 28:9; Mat 12:5; Jn 7:22-23). Les Pharisiens transgressaient le Sabbat en tirant leurs animaux des fosses et en circoncisant des bébés le jour du Sabbat (Luc 14:5; Ac 15:5; 21:21; Ga 5:6). Jésus et ses disciples violaient le Sabbat (Mt 12:1-8; 15:16-20; Jn 5:18; 9:16). Dieu n’a jamais ordonné à toutes les nations d’observer le Sabbat du septième jour. Le Sabbat était un signe entre Dieu et Israël, pas entre Dieu et toutes les nations (Ex 31:16-17 ; De 5:15; Le 25:4-7).
3. Si quelqu’un veut observer le Sabbat du septième jour (Ex 20:10), il ne doit pas travailler pendant toute une année chaque sept ans (Ex 23 :10-13), ne pas allumer de lampes (Ex 35 :3), lapider ceux qui y violent (Ex 31:14 No 15:32-35) et observer toute la loi (Ga 5 :3 ; Ja 2 :10). Nul ne sera justifié par les œuvres de la loi (Ga 2 :16 ; 4 :21). Tous ceux qui dépendent des œuvres de la loi sont sous la malédiction (Ga 3 :10-12), car la loi n’a pas été faite pour les justes, mais pour les méchants (1 Ti 1 :9-10). Etant conduits par le St. Esprit, nous ne sommes pas sous la loi, mais sous la grâce (Ro 6 :14-15; Ga 5 :4,18-19).
4. Jésus ou les apôtres ne demandaient jamais aux églises Juives/ Gentilles d’observer le Sabbat corporel. Lors de la conférence de Jérusalem, les apôtres prescrivaient l’observation de certains points relatifs à la loi, mais pas du Sabbat (Ac 15:10, 23-29). La loi de Moise ordonnait le Sabbat du corps, mais la grâce de Jésus offre le Sabbat de l’âme (Mt 11 :28-29). Celui qui reçoit l’Esprit de la Parole entre dans le repos (He 4 :3 ; Ro 8 :9), et accomplit la loi de Christ (Ro 13 :10 ; 1 Co 9 :21). Dieu se reposa de ses œuvres une fois pour toutes. Reposez donc de vos œuvres charnelles une fois pour toutes en recevant l’Esprit de Christ, le sceau de Dieu (He 4 :4, 10 ; Ep 4 :30).
5. Jésus fut ressuscité un Dimanche matin, et il donna le St. Esprit aux apôtres le jour de la Pentecôte, un Dimanche, ou 50me jour après sa résurrection (Mc 16:9; Ac 2:1-4). Paul ressuscita un homme le premier jour de la semaine (Ac 20:7-12) et parla de la collecte du premier jour (1 Co 16:2). Selon l’histoire, les Chrétiens adorèrent dans le temple de Jérusalem le Dimanche tandis que les Juifs non Chrétiens adorèrent le Samedi (Ac 4:4 ; 5:20, 41-42 ; 1 Co 10:20). C’est bien d’estimer tous les jours égaux (Ro 14:5). Jésus et les apôtres enseignaient tous les jours (Lu 19:47 ; Ac 2:46 ; 5:42). Que personne ne vous juge au sujet de l’observation des jours de Sabbat car c’était l’ombre des choses à venir. La réalité est en Christ (Col 2 :16-17). L’observation des jours est un rudiment à laisser, sans quoi le travail du prédicateur est vain (Ga 4 :8-11). La Loi n’était pas éternelle car elle a fait place à la grâce (He 7 :11-12; 8 :7, 13). Le Sabbat de la chair n’était pas éternel car il a fait place au Sabbat de l’âme par le St. Esprit (Mt 11 :29).
24 Faussetés Sabbatiques Contre La Vérité Biblique
1 – Selon les Sabbatistes, le sceau de Dieu est le Sabbat.
Selon la Bible le sceau de Dieu est le Saint Esprit, et non le Sabbat (Ep 1:13; 4:30, Ez 9:4; Ap 9:4).
2 – On dit: Dieu ordonna à Adam d'observer le Sabbat.
Dieu ordonna l'observation du Sabbat pour la première fois à Israël par Moise (Ex 16:29; Ne 9:13-14).
3 – On dit: Le Sabbat corporel est pour tous les peuples Chrétiens.
Le Sabbat corporel fut prescrit uniquement à Israël, de même que les sacrifices des animaux et la circoncision (Ex 31:12-17; De 5:13-15; No 28:9; Jn 7:19-24; 1Co 10:20; Ge 17:10; Col 2:11; Ga 5:1-6)
4 – On dit: Le repos ou Sabbat offert par Jésus Christ est le 7e jour.
Christ a donné le repos pour l'âme et non pour le corps (Mt 11:28-29; He 4:1-11; Ga 5:19; 1 Pi 4:14).
5 – Selon les Sabbatistes, l'apôtre Paul observait le Sabbat.
Paul dit qu'il ne prenait pas de repos physique depuis son arrivée en Macédoine (2 Co 7:5; Ro 6:14).
6 – Ils veulent faire croire que Jésus observait le Sabbat et allait au temple seulement le Sabbat.
Jésus violait le Sabbat physique et enseignait dans le temple tous les jours (Jn 5:18; Mt 26:55; 12:1-8)
7 – Les Sabbatistes enseignent que les apôtres de Jésus n’adoraient pas le Dimanche, mais chaque Sabbat.
Les apôtres adoraient Dieu tous les jours dans le temple et les maisons (Ac 2:46-47; 20:7). Selon l'histoire, les 1ers chrétiens adoraient au temple le 1er jour car les juifs offraient des sacrifices le 7e jour.
8 – Ils disent que les apôtres demandaient aux païens d'observer le Sabbat pour parvenir au salut.
Les apôtres n'enseignent pas la Loi, de qui le Sabbat fait partie. Ils disent, "Crois au Seigneur Jésus et tu seras sauvé." (Ac 15:10-21, 16:31, 2:38; Mt 28:20; Ne 9:13-14; 1Co 1:23; 9:18-23; Ga 3:24-25).
9 – On dit: Le mot commandement se réfère toujours aux 10 commandements.
Dieu commande à la femme de ne pas prêcher à l’église, comme à Abraham de laisser Chaldée ou d'offrir Isaac en sacrifice (1 C0 14:33-37; Jn 12:50; Da 2:48; Jn 15:12; 1 Jn 3:23; Ep 2:15; Ez 20:21).
10 – On dit: Un médecin voit ses patients sur rendez-vous; Dieu attend l'adoration seul le Sabbat.
Les anges adorent Dieu sans cesse. David voulait habiter toujours dans le temple pour contempler Dieu. Jésus est avec nous tous les jours pour recevoir adoration (Ap 4:8-11; Ps 27:4; Lu 24:52).
11 – On dit: Israël fut amené en esclavage en Egypte parce qu'il transgressait le Sabbat.
Les enfants d’Israël allaient en Egypte parce que par jalousie ils rejetaient Joseph (Ac 7:9; Ge 15:13).
12 – On dit: Le livre de la loi de Moise est aboli, mais non les 10 commandements.
Jésus montre que les 10 commandements font partie de la loi et sont inséparables d’elle. Dieu a aboli ou changé l'alliance de Sinaï ou commandements en Golgotha ou grâce (He 7:12-22; Mt 22:35-40).
13 – On dit: Dieu institua le mariage et le Sabbat en Eden pour tous les hommes.
Tous les hommes ne sont pas appelés au mariage, ni au Sabbat corporel institué au désert pour Israël. Ni Paul ni Jésus n’était marié; les deux violaient le repos du 7e jour (Mt 19:12; 1 Co 7; Ex 16:29).
14 – On dit: Si la loi de l'Ancien Testament est abolie, rien n’empêche l'homme de pécher.
La loi de Christ condamne le péché de sa conception à sa manifestation (1Co 6:10; Ja 1:15; Mt 7:21; He 7:12-22).
15 – On dit: Dieu a écrit quatre lois sur une table de pierre et six sur une autre.
L'Ecriture n'explique pas l'arrangement des 10 lois sur les deux tables qui sont brisées (2Co 3:3).
16 – Selon eux, on observera les Sabbats du 7e jour dans la nouvelle terre ou l’éternité selon Es 66:23.
Il n'y aura ni nuit ni lune dans la nouvelle Jérusalem; Es 66:23 serait déjà accompli (Ap 21:25; 22:5).
17 – On dit: La marque de la bête est l'adoration le Dimanche qu'on imposera aux croyants du 7e jour.
Daniel, Mardochée, les apôtres, tous furent persécutés pour l’objet d'adoration, non un jour (Ac 4:18).
18 – On dit: Le Samedi est le jour du repos ou le jour du Seigneur.
Le jour du repos est aujourd’hui, c'est-à-dire chaque jour vécu selon Jn 4:24. Le jour du Seigneur est une période où le Dieu de gloire tirera vengeance sur les incrédules (He 4:3; Es 13:9-13; 2:12-22).
19 – On dit: Le 7e jour, l’homme doit cesser ses œuvres comme Dieu et recommencer le 8e jour.
Dieu, montrant l’accomplissement et non la fatigue, se reposa de ses œuvres sans les recommencer. Le Chrétien doit cesser les œuvres de la chair une fois pour toutes (He 4:10; Ga 5:19-21; Ro 6:1-2).
20 – On dit: Adorer Dieu le Dimanche est une tradition Catholique.
L’adoration aux prémices des jours précède le Catholicisme (Le 23:39; Job 38:7; Mt 28:1,9; Lu 24:33).
21 – On dit: Le soir du premier jour est notre Samedi soir actuel.
Le soir du 1er jour est notre Dimanche soir actuel, et non Samedi soir (Ac 20:7; Jn 20:19).
22 – On dit: Les six premiers jours de la création et le premier Sabbat consistaient chacun en 24 heures.
Puisque le soleil et la lune furent crées au 4e jour, les 1ers jours ne pouvaient pas être solaires/lunaires ou de 24 heures. Un jour pour Dieu est 1000 ans pour les hommes (Ge 1:14-19; 2:17; 2 Pi 3:8).
23 – On dit: Ceux qui considèrent tous les jours égaux n’adorent pas et n’agissent pas pour Dieu.
Considérer les jours égaux ou inégaux ne rapproche/éloigne personne de Dieu. Les Sabbats hebdomadaire et Cananéen étaient l'ombre/ante type du baptême du St Esprit (Ro 14:5; Mc 7:7).
24 – On dit: La dénomination Adventiste est la vraie église parce qu’elle prône le sabbat physique.
Tous les titres dénominationels sont des noms blasphématoires venant du Diable et non de Dieu. Les Adventistes n’observent ni le Sabbat de l’Ancien, ni celui du Nouveau Testament (Col 2:16-23).

TRUTH CONCERNING THE SABBATH
1. Sabbath means “rest,” not seven. In addition to the weekly Sabbath, Israel had to observe many other Sabbaths (Lev 23:21-32, 39). Adam, Noah, Abraham and the other original believers did not observe the Sabbath of the flesh (De 5:3, 15). God required the keeping of the Sabbath day starting with Moses (Ex 16:25-30). Since all the children of Israel were at the same place, they could enter and exit the Sabbath at the same time. The Law can make you a moral person, but not a Christian.
2. The priests profaned the Sabbath and were blameless because God required them to offer two lambs each Sabbath day (No 28:9; Mat 12:5). The Pharisees broke the Sabbath by pulling their animals from a pit and circumcising babies on the Sabbath day (Luc 14:5; Jn 7:22-23; Ac 15:5; 21:21; Ga 5:6). Jesus and his disciples violated the Sabbath (Mt 12:1-8; 15:16-20; Jn 5:18; 9:16). God has never required all nations to keep the Sabbath day. The Sabbath was a sign between God and Israel, not between God and all the nations (Ex 31:16-17; De 5:15).
3. If someone decides to keep the seventh day Sabbath (Ex 20 :10), he must also refuse to work for a whole year every seven years (Le 25 :4-7), kindle no fire on that day (Ex 35 :3), stone the violators (Ex 31:14; No 15:32-35) and keep the whole law (Ga 5 :3 ; Ja 2 :10). No man shall be justified by the works of the law (Ga 2:16; 4:21). All those who depend on the works of the law are under the curse (Ga 3:10-12) because the Law is not made for the righteous man, but for the ungodly (1 Ti 1:9-10). Being led by the Holy Spirit, we are not under the law, but under grace (Ro 6:14-15; Ga 5:18).
4. Jesus or the apostles never asked the Jewish/ Gentile churches to keep the corporal Sabbath. During the conference of Jerusalem, the apostles prescribed the observation of some law related works, but not the Sabbath (Ac 15:10, 23-29). The Law of Moses required Sabbath for the body, but the grace of Jesus offers Sabbath to the soul (Mt 11:28-29). Whosoever receives the Spirit of the Word enters into rest (He 4:3; Ro 8:9), and fulfills the law of Christ (Ro 13:10; 1 Co 9:21). God rested from all his works once for all. Rest therefore of all your carnal works once for all by receiving the spirit of Christ, the seal of God (He 4:4, 10; Ga 5:19; Ep 4:30).
5. Jesus was resurrected on Sunday morning (Mk 16:9), and he gave the Holy Spirit to the apostles on the day of Pentecost, a Sunday, or 50th day after His resurrection (Ac 2:1-4). Paul resurrected a man on the first day of the week (Ac 20:7-12) and spoke about the first day collection (1 Co 16:2). Based on history, Christian Jews worshipped God on Sunday in the Jerusalem Temple and non Christian Jews worshipped on Saturday (Ac 4 :4 ; 5 :20, 41-42 ; 1 Co 10 :20). It is good to judge all days equal (Ro 14:5). Jesus and the apostles taught every day (Lu 19:47; Ac 2:46; 5:42). Let no man judge you concerning the keeping of the Sabbath day, for it was a shadow of things to come. The body is in Christ (Col 2:16-17). Keeping days is a weak element that must be abandoned, else the preacher’s work is vain (Ga 4:8-11-12). The Law was not eternal because it gave way to grace (He 7:11-12; 8:7, 13). The Sabbath for the flesh was not eternal because it gave way to the Sabbath for the soul by the Holy Spirit (Mt 11:29).
24 Sabbatical lies Versus the Biblical Truth
1 – According to the Sabbatists, the seal of God is the Sabbath. Based on the Bible the seal of God is the Holy Spirit, not the Sabbath (Ep 1:13; 4:30, Ez 9:4; Re 9:4).
2 – They say: God commanded Adam to observe the Sabbath.
God commanded observance of the Sabbath the first time to Israel by Moses (Ex 16:29; Ne 9:13-14).
3 – They say: The corporal Sabbath is for all Christian people.
The corporal Sabbath was prescribed only to Israel, just like animal sacrifices and circumcision (Ex 31:12-17; De 5:13-15; Nu 28:9; Jn 7:19-24; 1Co 10:20; Ge 17:10; Col 2:11; Ga 5:1-6).
4 – They say: The rest or Sabbath that Jesus Christ offers is the 7th day.
Christ has given rest for the soul, and not for the flesh (Mt 11:28-29; He 4:1-11; Ga 5:19; 1 Pe 4:14).
5 – According to the Sabbatists, Apostle Paul observed the Sabbath.
Paul stated that he had no physical rest since he arrived in Macedonia (2 Co 7:5; Ro 6:14).
6 - They want people to believe that Jesus observed the Sabbath and went to the temple only on the Sabbath day.
Jesus broke the physical Sabbath and taught in the temple daily (Jn 5:18; Mt 26:55; 12:1-8).
7 – They teach that Jesus’ apostles did not worship on Sunday, but every Sabbath.
The apostles worshipped God every day in the temple and in houses (Ac 2:46-47; 20:7). Historically, the 1st Christians worshipped in the temple on the 1st day, for the Jews offered sacrifices on the 7th day.
8 – They say that the apostles asked the gentiles to observe the Sabbath in order to be saved.
The apostles did not teach Law, which entails the Sabbath. They said, "Believe in the Lord Jesus and you will be saved." (Ac 15:10-21, 16:31, 2:38; Mt 28:20; Ne 9:13-14; 1Co 1:23; 9:18-23; Ga 3:24-25).
9 – They say: The word commandment always refers to the 10 commandments.
God commanded women not to preach in the church, just like Abraham to leave Chaldea or to offer Isaac into sacrifice (1 C0 14:33-37; Jn 12:50; Da 2:48; Jn 15:12; 1 Jn 3:23; Ep 2:15; Ez 20:21).
10 – They say: A doctor sees patients by appointment; God expects worship only on the Sabbath day.
Angels worship God unceasingly. David wanted to dwell in the temple always to behold God’s beauty. Jesus is with us every day to receive worship (Re 4:8-11; Ps 27:4; Lu 24:52; Mt 28:20).
11 – They say: Israel was led to slavery in Egypt because they had transgressed the Sabbath day.
The children of Israel went to Egypt because they had rejected Joseph by jalousie (Ac 7:9; Ge 15:13).
12 – They say: Moses’ book of law is abolished, but not the 10 commandments.
Jesus shows that the 10 commandments are part of the law and inseparable from it. God abolished or changed the testament from Sinai or commandments to Golgotha or grace (He 7:12-22; Mt 22:35-40).
13 – They say: God instituted marriage and Sabbath in Eden for all men
All men are not called to marriage, or to the corporal Sabbath instituted in the desert for Israel. Neither Paul nor Jesus was married; both broke the 7th day rest (Mt 19:12; 1 Co 7; Ex 16:29).
14 – They say: If the Old Testament law is abolished, nothing prevents man from sinning.
The law of Christ condemns sin from its conception to its manifestation (1Co 6:10; Ja 1:15; Mt 7:21; He 7:12-22).
15 – They say: God wrote four laws on one table of stone and six on the other one.
The scripture does not explain the 10 law arrangement on the two tables which are broken (2Co 3:3).
16 – According to them, 7th day Sabbaths will be observed on the new earth or eternity according to Isa 66:23.
They will be no night nor moon in the New Jerusalem; Isa 66:23 would already fulfill (Re 21:25; 22:5).
17 – They say: The mark of the Beast is worship on Sunday to be imposed on the 7th day believers.
Daniel, Mardochea, the apostles, all were persecuted for their object of worship, not a day (Ac 4:18).
18 – They say: Saturday is the day of rest or the day of the Lord.
The day of rest is today, that is each day lived according to Jn 4:24. The day of the Lord is a period when the God of glory will bring vengeance on the unbelievers (He 4:3; Isa 13:9-13; 2:12-22).
19 – They say: On the 7th day, man must cease his works like God and start over on the 8th day.
God, showing achievement rather than fatigue, rested from all his works without restarting them. A Christian must cease his works of the flesh once for all (He 4:10; Ga 5:19-21; Ro 6:1-2).
20 – They say: Worshipping God on Sunday is a Catholic tradition.
Worship on the first-fruit of days has preceded Catholicism (Le 23:39; Job 38:7; Mt 28:1, 9; Lu 24:33).
21 – They say: The night of the first day of the week is our present Saturday night.
The 1st day evening is our present Sunday night, and not Saturday night (Ac 20:7; Jn 20:19).
22 – They say: The creation Sabbath and the initial six days consisted of 24 hours each.
Since the sun and the moon were created on the 4th day, the 1st days could not be solar/lunar or of 24 hours. A day for God is 1000 years for mankind (Ge 1:14-19; 2:17; 2 Pe 3:8).
23 – They say: Those who consider all the days equal do not worship or act for God.
Considering the days equal or unequal does not draw anyone near or far from God. The weekly and Canaanite Sabbaths were shadow/ante type of the baptism of the Holy Ghost (Ro 14:5; Mc 7:7).
24 – They say: The Adventist denomination is the true church because it extols the physical Sabbath.
All denominational titles are blasphemous names from the Devil and not from God. The Adventists do not observe the Old Testament Sabbath nor the one of New Testament (Col 2:16-23).
